Edward C. Fremdling Jr.

FREMDLING, EDWARD C. JR., 91, of Louisville, died Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Baptist Hospital East.

Born in Louisville, he was a US Marine Corps veteran of World War II and a retired route salesman for Meadow Gold Dairy. He also worked several years for Sam Swope Auto Group and was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Helen A. Fremdling, second wife, Geneva M. Fremdling, and a daughter, Judy Yates.

Ed is survived by his son, Terry Fremdling (Lynn); daughters Linda Forbes (Jeff), Genny Lynn Moberley and Pat Sloman; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

His funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 26, 2012 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1920 Newburg Road, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Friday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
