Frank Thomas "Tommy" Caummisar III

CAUMMISAR, FRANK, THOMAS III, "TOMMY", passed away peacefully at his residence Monday, October 8, 2012.

He was a retired maintenance mechanic for United Catalyts, Inc. where he had worked for 35 years. He was a member of the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Assoc., and the NRA. He was a proud member of the Flaget class of '53. He was a loving husband, father and papaw. He loved his garden, hunting, fishing and the auto racing circuit.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, the former Lu Solomon; his children, Valerie Carroll (Richard), Julie Schum (Larry), Beth Nicoulin (Jim), Frank T. (Boots) Caummisar IV (Karen), Tony Caummisar (Karen) and George Caummisar; his sisters and brothers; Bettye Corbett, Bobby Caummisar, Gerald Caummisar, Ronnie Caummisar and Carol Sanders; Dianne Johnson (deceased); 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated 10 a.m. Friday, October 12, 2012 at Mary Queen of Peace (St. Denis Campus), 4205 Cane Run Road, burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation; Ratterman Grand Chapels, 4832 Cane Run Rd., (at Terry Rd. and the Greenbelt) Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. and Thursday noon to 8 p.m.
