Jack W. "Captain Jack" Seymour

SEYMOUR, JACK W. "CAPTAIN JACK," 79, of Louisville passed away June 10, 2014.

He was born December 13, 1934 in Munfordville, KY to the late Wilson and Dovye Crain Seymour. He was an Army veteran, retired from Pipefitters Local 522, enjoyed house boating on Rough River Lake and a member of the Boaz Masonic Lodge for over 50 years.

He is survived by his bride of 52 years, Nancy Wirotzious Seymour, three children, Beth Rafferty (Mark), Jill Burke (Gary) and Mike Seymour (Kristi); seven grandchildren: Lauren, Lindsey, Leah, Elizabeth, John, Mayson and Payton, and one brother, Jim Seymour.

A Celebration of Jack's Life will be conducted Friday, June 13, 2014 at noon in Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road with a private interment in Resthaven Memorial Park.
