Robert L. Rosenberger

ROSENBERGER, ROBERT L., 87, died January 8, 2013. He was a retired vice president of Louisville Cement Co., native of Wellsville, OH, and a US Air Force veteran of World War II having served in the Pacific Theater. Robert was a graduate of Kenyon College, Gambier, OH, and received his law degree from Case Western Reserve Law School, Cleveland, OH. He married his childhood sweetheart, Bonnie on December 27, 1947. After graduating from law school, he was employed by Dollar Savings & Trust Co., Youngstown, OH, and thereafter Bessemer Cement Co., a division of Louisville Cement Co.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Bonnie Rosenberger; daughters, Janice O'Donnell, West Des Moines, IA, Carol Wolfe, Cincinnati, OH, Susan Rosenberger, Terrace Park, OH and Amy Babikian, West Des Moines, IA; grandchildren, Ann Orsini (Marshall), Cecilia O'Donnell, Philip O'Donnell (Dianna), Robert (Leslie), Ryan and Katie Wolfe and James and Catherine Babikian; and four great-grandchildren.

A father and husband like Robert is one of the greatest blessings life could bring.

His funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Second Presbyterian Church, 3701 Old Brownsboro Road, with private burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:30-7 p.m. Friday at Pearson's, 149 Breckenridge Lane.
