Shirley Ann (Griffith) Prichard

PRICHARD, SHIRLEY ANN (GRIFFITH), 86 of Louisville, formerly East Point, GA, died November 16, 2013.

She attended Highland Presbyterian Church in Louisville and was employed at Judge Mathis TV show.

Shirley loved the band! From her elementary and high school band and marching band, to the community band where she met her future husband, Benson, to her children's bands. In later years, she participated in national Elderhostel bands, the River Cities Concert Band in Louisville, the Corydon Band in Corydon, IN, and the Holy Name Band in Louisville. She fostered a lasting love of music in her children. She made many friends who will not soon forget her! A facebook page entitled "Shirley Prichard Memorial Page" has been created for all who knew her to post a story, picture or read other's posts at https://www.facebook.com/groups/1375573616024059/ or search "Shirley Prichard Memorial Page" on the internet. This will be her memorial/celebration of life.

She was predeceased by her husband, Benson Ainsworth Prichard IV.

She is survived by daughters Janice Prichard of Louisville, Cynthia Prichard of Marietta, GA and Connie Prichard Aylor of Lilburn, GA; grandchildren Leonard Schult, Jason Eisenmenger and Vanessa Eisenmenger; brother, John Griffith and brother-in-law, Alan Prichard.

Cremation was chosen with private interment at College Park Cemetery, College Park, GA on December 21, 2013.
