Doris Gettelfinger Obituary
Doris was born March 22, 1922 to John Edward and Rosalee Ohler Meiman in Louisville, retired nurse from the Carrier Foundation Acute Psychology Institution, Belle Mead, NJ.
Surviving are her husband, Robert J. Gettelfinger; sons, Dr. Dennis Michael Gettelfinger (Lynne) of Mount Pleasant, SC, Geoffrey Jerome Gettelfinger (Lori) of Princeton, NJ; daughters, Nancy Marie Gettelfinger of Austin, TX, Joan Therese Gettelfinger (Teri) of Charlotte, NC; and five grandchildren.
Funeral is 11 a.m. Friday, April 8, 2011 at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Frenchtown, IN, with burial in the church cemetery. The Most Reverend Gerald A. Gettelfinger will officiate. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday at Swarens Funeral Home, 1405 Hwy 64 NW, Ramsey, IN.
