Joseph Reh Obituary

REH, JOSEPH G., 89, of Pewee Valley, KY, formerly of Jeffersonville, IN, died Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Friendship Manor Nursing Home.

He was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, the John F. Kennedy Chapter of the Knights of Columbus and a Marine veteran of World War II. Joe retired from the Armour Foods Company.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Mae (Knust) Reh; and a son, Ricky.

Joe is survived by his daughters, Elaine Schmitt (Jerry), Denise Webster and Janice Cobb (Buford III); son, Ron Reh (Paula); five granddaughters, Mandy Mahoney (Sean), Jenna Schmitt, Anna Cobb, Katie Cobb and Jennifer Cobb; a sister, Rosemary Tyrrell (Frank).

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Pewee Valley with burial to follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville. Visitation will be Tuesday, 3 - 8 p.m. at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood.
