29, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016.
He is survived by his parents, Teresa Jefferson and Donnie Compton; 14 children; siblings, Teresa and Tawanda Jefferson, Donnie and Antwan Smith, Deon Lee; aunts, Rita Wheeler, Janice Mitchell, Knee-Knee Jefferson, Janie Sullivan, Phyllis Compton, and a host of cousins and friends.
Visitation: 6pm-9pm Tuesday at A. D. Porter & Sons, 1300 W. Chestnut St.
Funeral: 1pm Wednesday Greater Gagel Christian Church, 4423 LaSalle Ave., with burial in Green Meadows Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to A. D. Porter & Sons, 1300 W. Chestnut St.

Almost 8 years to the day and I still think of you my friend. Donte, you worked my nerves like a full time job however the love and laughter calmed them quick. Remembering your laugh gives my comfort on the hard days.
