NEW ALBANY - Elder, Katherine L. "Kathy" Broady, 90, of New Albany, IN, passed away Monday, April 16, 2012 at Autumn Woods Health Campus.
She was retired from the old I.C.I. America and she was a member of Christ Community Church of the Nazarene.
Preceded in death by first husband, Claude Broady and second husband, Rev. Norman Elder; brother, Charles Emery; sisters, Thelma Emery and Jane Woodruff.
Survivors are son, Roy Broady of Conway, AR; daughters, Janet Swindler (Jim) of Louisville, KY, Judy Hall of Clarksville, IN; sister, Pauline Sullivan of Clarksville, IN; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes. Funeral is 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment in Hickory Grove Cemetery, Borden, IN.
