ALLEN, ALTA N., 92, of Louisville entered into rest on August 19, 2011.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Allen.
Survivors, include her sons, James Allen and Gary Allen (Staci); her daughters, Joyce Allen and Janice Bagshaw; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be noon Monday at the W. G. Hardy Funeral Home with burial following in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
