LAEMMLE, DANIEL ANTHONY, 70, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2013.
He had been lead technician for Sears for 33 years and retired from G.E. Energy after 11 years. He was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the Rabbouni Catholic Community.
Dan was preceded in death by his father, David J. Laemmle, Sr.; and sister, Diane Laemmle Joiner.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila (Kingsley) Laemmle; daughter, Robyn Laemmle Przybylek (Mike); mother, Ann Laemmle; brother, David J. Laemmle, Jr. (Mary); sister, Jane Laemmle Lutz (Mike); brother-in-law, Daniel G. Kingsley; and nieces, Terri Duvall (Robert), Jill Joiner, Cathy Joiner Fitzgerald Marquardt (Ed), Nancy Laemmle Coyne, and Holly Wanzer (Patrick).
"Dan was the most gentle, kind, compassionate, generous, and loving person we ever met. We will miss him." Visitation will be Sunday 3-8 p.m. and Monday after 5 p.m. until the service at 7 p.m. at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road. Burial will be private.
