Will always be remembered through my years of growing up and never forgotten. All of our conversations and times shared- "Grandpa Gene", with our heavenly Father and now back with my "Nana"!!!

December 31, 2012

Losing a loved one during this joyous season is especially difficult. But oh through it all, "being summoned to those pearly gates by your Heavenly Father on the most glorious day of the year", what an esteem honor that must be. We are hoping you find comfort in knowing your Grandfather has arrived at his forever home and tell "Nate" it is a beautiful place with no pain or suffering. Our thoughts and prayers are with your entire family at this sad hour.
On behalf of our entire family, Dannie and Sandy Childers

We are very sad at the passing of Uncle Gene. He, along with Uncle Charles, surprised us with a visit when we lived in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Although we were not able to visit him much, we loved him. He was a caring man and will be greatly missed.
