DUVALL, REV. KENNETH W., was a U.S. Army veteran, an ordained minister and pastor with the Church of God, Anderson, IN.

His last pastorate was at his home church, First Church of God Louisville. He was also a million mile driver with Overnight Transportation Company.

Rev. Duvall loved the Lord and His church. He was a good and faithful servant. His second love was for his beloved wife Ruie Hunt Duvall and their three daughters. They celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary, August 18, 2013.

Rev. Duvall is survived by his wife, Ruie Hunt Duvall; daughters, Patricia Ann Duvall Lawson (Jerry), Peggy Sue Serrano (Myron), Deborah Faye Duvall-Esposito (Louis); brothers, Walter Duvall and Larry Duvall (Debbie); a sister Joyce Burch (James); grandchildren, Andrew Duvall Ladig, Seth Wilken Lawson, Meagan Rose Serrano, Tyler Samuel Ladig, Jesse Hunt Lawson and Alexandra Rae Serrano and great-granddaughter, Isabelle Mae Lawson.

Rev. Duvall's funeral will be held at First Church of God, 4480 Taylorsville Road Louisville KY 40220 on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. Visitation will be held at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, Louisville on Monday, August 26, 2013 from 2-8 p.m.
