MEDLEY, LEO PAUL, 78, of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Baptist Hospital East.

Born in Loretta, KY, he was a Manufacturing Engineer at G.E., a member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church, and a graduate of Flaget High School. He loved golf, war history, and all sports, especially UofL.

Paul was preceded in death by his sons, Michael and William Scott Medley.

He is survived by his wife, Suzanne (Rapp) Medley; daughters, Susan Passafiume, Laura Kelly (Larry) and Kimberly Slusher (Dwayne); brothers, Joseph Medley (Alma) and Ed Medley (Lois); sister, Rebecca Bright; four grandchildren, Coley and Suzi Passafiume and Brittany and Ryan Medley; and one great-granddaughter, MacKinzie.

Paul's funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at St. Barnabas Catholic Church, 3042 Hikes Lane, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Friday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Salvation Army, or the Little Sisters of the Poor.
