SHORT, WILLIAM TYLER, 24, died suddenly, Saturday, April 14, 2012 in Covington, KY.

He was a 2005 graduate of Trinity High School and a 2009 Cum Laude graduate of the University of Dayton, where he received finance and marketing degrees. In May 2012, he was to graduate from the University of Cincinnati School of Law.
Tyler was a member of the Saint Matthews Baptist Church. He was involved in numerous school, volunteer, and social activities in Dayton and Cincinnati. Tyler had a big heart for all those in need. His death was due to an undetected heart condition.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dr. Lisa Short; grandparents, Lonus Flener, William Arthur Short, and Irene Short.
Survivors include his father, Dr. Kerry Short: brothers, Adam, Ethan, and Will of Louisville; grandmother, Jean Flener of Glasgow; and love of his life, Annie Huseman.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. EST at St. Matthews Baptist Church, 3515 Grandview Ave. in Louisville. Visitation will be at Pearson's Funeral Home, 149 Breckenridge Lane, Louisville from 3-8 p.m. EST Monday and beginning at 11 a.m at the church on Tuesday. Tyler will be laid to rest next to his mother at 11 a.m. EST/ 10 a.m. CST on Wednesday in the Cave City Cemetery.
