HOWELL, ELSIE A., 89, passed away March 14, 2012.
Elsie retired after many years of teaching from Jefferson County School Systems.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Maxey" Howell; and sister Dorothy Betlejewski.
Elsie is survived by her children, Julie Doebler (Steven), David Howell (Dorothea) and Kenneth Howell (Maureen); siblings, Betty Baerveldt and Harry Baerveldt; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A service honoring the life of Elsie will be held Tuesday at noon at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday from 3-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
