Homer Donald Wooden Obituary
WOODEN, HOMER DONALD 80 passed away Friday, March 14, 2014.

He was a US Navy veteran and a former sheriff's deputy in Michigan.

Don is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Ada June Wooden; daughters, Nina Nakasone (Glenn) and Beth Chalifoux (Keith); granddaughters, Heather and Sara Chalifoux; three great-grandchildren, Anthony, Candice and Hayden; sister, Janet Davenport; his great friend, Archie; and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral ceremony will be noon Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with burial to follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, KY. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Thursday until time of service. Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
