STRUCK, THOMAS "TOM" R., passed away in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday morning, May 8, 2014.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Lolly Struck; sister Peggy Burris, and his parents, Webster and Catherine Hines Struck.

He spent the past 23 years as stealth agent extraordinaire for Kentucky Farm Bureau in St. Matthews. He was past-president of St. Matthews Area Business Association, past-president of River Road Country Club, and former president of Thornbury's Toys.

He is survived by his children, Amy Hinkebein (Tom), Sandy Dougherty, Chris Struck, T.R. Struck; grandchildren Lindsay, Grant, Megan, Nick, Lexy, Logan, Elizabeth, Jordan and Bryce. Siblings Bill (Nancy), David (Susan), Dan (Jane), Jordy (Kathy), Ann Lennon, Jane Struck, Kathy Springston (Bill), Mary Lloyd Kirwan (David), and Mike Burris.

The family would like to express their love and sincere gratitude to Michelle Washle, Pop's longtime friend and caregiver, who they consider part of the family, with her two children Bryce and Reece Lowe.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 10, 2014 from 9 a.m. to 1p.m. culminating in a celebration of Tom's life at 1 p.m. at Ratterman's Funeral Home located at 12900 Shelbyville Road East Louisville in Middletown, with burial at Cave Hill Cemetery following. Memorial Gifts may be made to .
