HOWLEY, CHARLES DAVID, 51, of Crestwood, passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2014.

He was a member of Southeast Christian Church, where he was also a security officer and a police officer for Oldham County Police. He was a member of Oldham County FOP and a Kentucky Colonel. David was also a former coach for North Oldham Little League and presently running to be the Republican Nominee for Oldham County Judge Executive.

Preceding him in death was his son, Austin Dean Howley.

Survivors include his wife, Cheryll Dean Howley; daughter, Courtney Howley Brown (Troy E. Brown); parents, Charles and Wanda Howley of Madison IN; brother, Kevin Howley of Madison IN; mother and father in-law, Randolph and Shirley A. Dean; grandchildren, Bailey, Evan and Avery Brown and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2014 at Southeast Christian Church Oldham Campus with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation at the church from 2:30-6:30 p.m. on Sunday and 11 a.m. until service time on Monday.
