NUTGRASS, MILDRED "MILLIE" LOUISE, 65, of Mt. Washington, KY, returned to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, June 24, 2014.

Mrs. Nutgrass was a member of Freedom Baptist Church and she retired from the Jefferson County School Board.

Among those who preceded her in death include, her grandson, Joseph Ramsey; parents, Ruth and Paul Welcher; sister, Mary James and brother, Robert Welcher.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband, David Nutgrass; children, Richard Foster (Martha), Melody Lyon (Lee), Tammy Bard (Allen), Jerry Foster (Teresa) and Tina Miller (Trevor); step-children, Robert Nutgrass (Karen) and Jeff Nutgrass; grandchildren, Branden, Randall, Jessica, Alayna, Chelsey, Savannah, Taylor, Kyle, Autumn, Halle, Jeffrey; step-grandchildren, Ashley and Austin; eight great-grandchildren; her sister and best friend, Doris Lindsay; siblings, Clayton Welcher, Violet Baker, Joe Welcher and Larry Welcher and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at noon on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.; Use John Harper entrance) with interment in Highland Memory Gardens. Friends may pay their respects on Monday from 12-8 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the time of service at Schoppenhorst.
