Dillon, Donald N.,

68, went home Wednesday July 23, 2014.

He was born November 18, 1946 in Baltimore, MD, to John W. and Annabelle (Hudson) Dillon Jr.

Donald was a retired Carmen for the CSX (L & N) railroad, a member of Prairie Village Church of Christ and a U.S. Army Vietnam War Veteran (66-67).

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Frank "Sonny" Dillon.

Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Sharron K. (Rainwater) Dillon; his twin daughters, Vanessa R. Scott (Randy) and Teressa M. Taylor (Louie); three grandchildren, Jessica Ann Scott, Alyssa Rae Scott, and Jillian Marie Taylor; three brothers, John W. Dillon III (Connie), Ronnie Dillon, and Paul Dillon (Pat); and brother-in-law, Charles W. Rainwater.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial to follow in Bethany Cemetery with Military Rites. Visitation will be Friday 2-8 p.m. and after 11 a.m. Saturday, till time of service.
