She leaves to cherish her memory: daughter, Pam Evans; son Chuck (Pam Howard); granddaughter Erin (Ronnie); grandson Matt (Cyndi) and three beautiful great grandchildren, Conner James, Raya Leighann, and Emelia Grace; brothers/sisters-in law Jack Hinkle, Jean Johnson and Don and Wilma Daugherty; and a host of nieces, nephews and life-long friends.

The family would like to extend a deeply heartfelt "thank you" to the physician practice of Drs Schreiber, Hornaday, Costel, Bryant & Schurfranz and to all of the beautiful nurses and caregivers at Treyton Oak Towers for the love and dignity shown to our mother during her journey.
