Swerbinsky, Gladys Ruth,

86, of Louisville, passed away Friday at Jefferson Manor.

She was born August 18, 1927 in Two Creeks, WI, the daughter of Victor and Mary Blaha.

Gladys was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, was an avid bridge player and had also been a professional cake decorator for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leo Swerbinsky; and two sons, Gary and Thomas Clinton.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, John Clinton (Matilda), Judy Beck (Steve), Paul Clinton (Ann), Barbara Kirsch (Josef) and Marilyn Shiner (Pete); two daughters-in-law, Barbara and Loretta Clinton; 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

A Mass to celebrate her life will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, August 4, 2014 at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 6500 St. Bernadette Ave. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. Burial will take place later in the week in Tisch Mills, WI.

Expressions of sympathy may be given to St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
