GAYHART, THELMA TAYLOR, 83, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at The Episcopal Church Home.

She was a member of Eminence Baptist Church, a VFW Middletown member, a member of Eastern Star Foree Chapter, a member of NRA, a notary, and a businesswoman.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Taylor.

She is survived by her daughter, Sally Suter; granddaughters, Ashley Perry and Adrienne Adams; grandson, John Taylor Suter; and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. on Monday with burial to follow in Eminence Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood.
