Addison Wolcott Lee III Obituary
LEE, ADDISON WOLCOTT III died peacefully Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at his home.

He was a lifelong Crescent Hill resident who enjoyed local lore and history. Addison was a graduate of Louisville Male High School and the University of Kentucky. He served in World War II as a Tanker Captain and received a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star; he also served in Korea with the Kentucky National Guard. He was a retired realtor, a former Boy Scout Cub Master, and a past member of Jaycees and LBC.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Jane Lee; and his sons, Addison Lee, and Jeffrey Lee.

He is survived by son, McKee Lee; daughter, Greer Lee; daughter-in-law, Ilene Lee; and granddaughter, Mollie Lee (Mike Mettler).

Memorial service will be Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Pearson's, 149 Breckenridge Lane with private burial. Visitation will be from noon until time of service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a .
