BLACK, TINA LOUISE, 42, of Louisville, passed away after a brief illness on the afternoon of February 3, 2013 at Norton Suburban Hospital.

She was the former Tina Brown and a customer service respresentative for Apria Healthcare. She was a member of the Church of Our Savior, loved to play bingo, shop and be out and about with her Mom spending leisurely afternoons.
She was preceded in death by her step-father, Archie Lee Schmitt.
Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Brenda J. Schmitt; fiance', David Maxwell; sister, LaTonya (Larry) Booth; nephews, Eric Finley and Scott Booth; niece, Britney Finley; great-nephew, Jaxon Adkins and her dog, Zeus.
A Life Celebration service will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Wednesdayfrom 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
