Shirley Margaret DeFelice Obituary
DeFELICE, SHIRLEY MARGARET, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2013.

She was preceded in death by her parents James and Catherine DeFelice.

She graduated from Ursuline Academy and received her master's degree from Spalding University.

She taught for the Archdiocese of Louisville and J.C.P.S. with 45 years of service. She dedicated her life to helping others including Saint Agnes Catholic Church, Little Sisters of the Poor and Saint Vincent DePaul Society. Shirley was very active in many different organizations.

She is survived by her sisters, Mary Lee DeFelice Borders and Sr. Jamesetta DeFelice, OSU; nieces and nephews, Marianne Jones (George), Mike Borders (Karen), Millie Borders (C.J.), Charlene Head (Tim), Skip Borders (Joan), Teresa Baker (Tony), Cathy Staples (David), Jim Borders and Dan DeFelice (Cathryn); and many great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews .

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday, at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1920 Newburg Road, with burial to follow in St. Michael's Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday, at Bosse Funeral Home, Barret and Ellison avenues.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Ursuline Sisters or Little Sisters of the Poor
