Dolores Bramer Obituary
Dolores will be fondly remembered for so many things by so many people, but the two things that stand out above all was her dedication and devotion to her husband Don (who has preceded her in death) for 59 years as well as her ability to deeply love and nurture each of her seven children. She was the greatest example of what a mom should be - loving and caring as well as guiding and inspiring. She impacted more people than she will ever know by being a strong woman of faith and demonstrating God's love to all she came to know. Besides being an amazing mom, Dolores was also a great friend, sister, mother-in-law, grandma and great grandma. She has left behind a long legacy to carry on her example including 27 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Donna Fox (Gary), Diana Finewood (Jim), Buddy Bramer (Lisa), Denny Bramer (Terri), Doug Bramer (Amy), Darrell Bramer (Susan) and Danny Bramer (Jeanne); and siblings, Robert Scott and Patricia Rabah.
The family would like to give a special thanks to her caregivers - Michelle, Melissa and Jessica - you three were awesome! Visitation will be at Arch L. Heady Funeral Home, 7410 Westport Road, on Wednesday, from noon -7 p.m. with a vigil from 7 - 8 p.m.; and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home followed by the funeral Mass at 11 a.m. at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Pewee Valley, KY.

Donna, Booger, Buddy, Denny, Doug, Daryl and Danny, I have so many memories full of love and laughter of your Mom... Parties, picnics, graduations, the river and countless hours on the phone with my Mom. She was a really great friend to my Mom. Whenever I think of her I picture her smiling eyes and warm heart. Wishing I could have been at the service but I am sending all of you love and big hugs. I know how much your Mom and Dad will be missed by many people.

I am sad to know that both Mr and Mrs Bramer are gone from us. I always think of them with affection, as they were two very good people, whose company I always enjoyed. My sympathies to the entire family, and to you, Donna, my childhood buddy, a special prayer of comfort.
