RONE, ROBERT FREEMAN, 67, formerly of Louisville, passed away at his home in Cibolo, TX, Monday, July 15, 2013. He was a self employed manufacturer, an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and Baptist by faith.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James Ishmael and Reldie Rone; brother, James A. Rone; and sisters, Loelita R. (Hartlage) Hawk and Juanita Rone.

He is survived by his life partner and soul mate of 44 years, Robert C. Vest; sisters, Benita (Rone) Crockett and Ida J. (Rone) Becker; sisters-in-law, Delores June Rone and Airetta D. Rone; 11 nieces and nephews; and numerous great- nieces and nephews.

His funeral will be noon on Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial at Forrest Grove Cemetery in Indiana. Visitation will be 1 to 8 p.m. Friday and after 10 a.m. on Saturday.
