DENZIK, CARROLL LEE SR., 84, of Tampa, FL, passed away March 15, 2014.

Carroll was preceded in death by his brother, William Denzik and sister, Norma Jean Dumas.

He is survived by two children, Lee (Nikki) Denzik and Kim (Ken) Muzyk; two grandchildren, Dylan (Kendra) Denzik and Thomas Muzyk; two sisters, Dorothy (JR) Daugherty and Paula (Ronnie) Richards.He was a Korean war Army veteran where he received the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean War Service Medal and the United Nations Service Medal. An avid horse racing fan, he loved Churchill Downs and worked for the Louisville Courier Journal & Times in the printing group, from which he retired after 32 years. He was loved and will be missed.
