KELSCH, JAMES K., of Louisville, passed away April 3, 2014 at Oaklawn Health and Rehab with his wife by his side.

He retired an electrical engineer from Duke Energy, a U.S. Air Force Veteran, and a graduate of Purdue University.

James was preceded in death by his first wife and mother of his sons, Loveta Castner Kelsch.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Shirley M. Kelsch; sons, Jon A. Kelsch, Tyler G. Kelsch (Janet); daughter, Kimberly N. Keesaer (Robert W.); and grandchildren, Mark T. Kelsch, Brooke M. Kelsch, Olivia M. Keesaer and Robert T. Keesaer.

His funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday April 7, 2014 at Ratterman Funeral Home 12900 Shelbyville Rd., East Louisville, KY. 40243, with burial in Daugherty Cemetery Walesboro Indiana to follow. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Sunday, April 6, 2014 at the funeral home.
