Tarbox, Linda A.  
Linda A. Tarbox Lived in Chelmsford, MA, worked at Raytheon; 65 SANDOWN, NH -- Linda A. (Turgeon) Tarbox, 65, of Sandown, NH. Linda was born in the old Union Hospital off of Lynnwood St. in Lynn, MA, Aug. 14, 1949. She entered into peaceful rest June 27, 2015, after a 10 year long battle with ALS. Linda is the daughter of Al and Anne (Wynne) Turgeon, and the loving wife of Ken Tarbox with whom she recently celebrated 45 years of marriage. She has two sons, Mike and Chris; and three grandchildren, Christopher, Allison and Caitlin, whom she adored and were the center of so much joy and happiness in her life. Linda graduated from St. Mary's Girls High School in 1967 and the Andover Institute of Business of Lynn in 1968 where she was a member of the cheerleading squad. She started her employment years at Salem State College as secretary to the Dean of Men. In 1970, she left there to join Ken in Dover, Delaware and begin raising a family. After moving back to Lynn, and then on to Chelmsford, MA, where she stayed home to raise the boys, she returned to the world of work. She spent the next 26 years at Raytheon, first as a secretary, and then as an assistant Librarian in the technical library. She was laid off in 2006 and retired in 2007. Linda enjoyed traveling to different places and went on multiple trips to Ireland, Europe, The Caribbean islands, Hawaii, and a number of states in the USA. She was an active member of the "Books and Bites" book club at the Sandown, NH Library and enjoyed the time she spent with her many friends there. The last five years she would spend her winters in The Villages in Florida. Until ALS slowed her down, she enjoyed hiking and cross-country skiing on the many miles of trails in the woods of beautiful New England. In addition to her beloved husband, Ken, Linda leaves behind her sons, Michael and his wife, Penni of Lafayette, IN, Chris and his wife, Kerry of Nashua, NH; and her three grandchildren, Christopher, Allison and Caitlin. She also leaves two sisters, Patt George and her husband, Tony of Swampscott, MA, and Carol Dobbins and her husband, Bill of Clifton Park, NY. She also leaves many nieces and nephews along with her Aunt Rita Wynne and many cousins who grew up with her and with whom she enjoyed many years of fun at family gatherings. Linda was pre-deceased by her parents, her uncle Pat, her aunts and uncles, Maisie and Jack and Beth and Brendan, a nephew, Cody George, and a niece, Sarah Warren. TARBOX -- Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 4 - 8 pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, NH. A Liturgy of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Thursday, July 2nd in St. Anne's Parish, 26 Emerson Ave., Hampstead, NH. Burial in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Chelmsford, MA will be privately held by the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association, Gift Processing Center, P.O. Louis T. Thamer Former owner and operator the Chelmsford Pharmacy CHELMSFORD -- Louis T. Thamer, 90, formerly of Lowell and Chelmsford, died Saturday, June 27th at the Palm Center in Chelmsford. He was the beloved husband of the late Edith M. (DiRocco) Thamer who died January 24, 2006. Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, August 6, 1924, a son of the late Thomas and the late Cecelia (Soyden) Thamer, he attended St. Patrick Grammar School and was a graduate of Lowell High School in the Class of 1941. Eager to further his education after the war, he then went to graduate from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in 1951. A veteran of World War II, Louis proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy as a Medic and was awarded the World War II Victory Medal and the American Theatre Medal. Before retiring, Louis, a licensed pharmacist, was the owner and operator of the Chelmsford Pharmacy for over 42 years. Among his many activities, Louis was a life member of the Lowell Lodge of Elks BPOE #87, a past Commander of the American Legion Post #366 in Chelmsford, a member of the Chelmsford Rotary and the Tyngsboro Sportsman Club. He absolutely loved golf and was a former member of Vesper Country Club. Louis is survived by four daughters Donna Stansfield of Wakefield, MA, Sharon Dillon and her husband Brian of Lowell, MA, Deborah Kneeland of Chelmsford, MA and Carol Mayrand and her husband Mike of Aquinnah, MA; two sons Thomas Thamer and his wife Amanda of Methuen, MA and Larry Lanziere and his wife Pam of Ragley, LA; eight grandchildren Kelly Valdez and her husband Eddie, Kim Ahearn and her husband Brian, Linda Dillon, Michael Kneeland and his wife Kendra, George Stansfield IV and his wife Jeanine, Alyssa Mayrand, Sonya Mayrand and Noah Mayrand; eight great-grandchildren Amanda Dillon, Eric Sanborn, Seth Sanborn, Kaila Roberto, Sarah Valdez, Alexis Kneeland, Ryder Kneeland and Shelby Stansfield; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was also brother of the late Joseph Tamir, Jennie Keville, Alice Morwood and Sophie Hestand. THAMER -- In Chelmsford, June 27, 2015, at Palm Center, Louis T. Theokas, Stella (Georges)  
Stella (Georges) Theokas Loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother LOWELL -- Stella (Georges) Theokas, a longtime resident of Lowell, died June 25, 2015, at D'Youville Senior Care in Lowell, after a period of declining health, with her loving family at her side, aged 95 years. She was the beloved wife of the late John A. Theokas, with whom she had celebrated 59 years of marriage before his death in 2005. Born in Lowell, May 3, 1920, a daughter of the late Costas and Helen (Tavoularis) Georges. She received her early education in the Lowell school system and graduated from Lowell High School with the Class of 1938. When John returned from serving in World War II, they married on September 23, 1947, and settled in Lowell to start their family. Stella worked at Stop & Shop for over 25 years where she started as a cashier and ended as a department head. During their retirement, they moved to Sun City, Arizona, where they enjoyed the great weather and made many new friends. Stella and John were longtime members of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Lowell. She was also a member of the Greek American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She was a fabulous cook, and, whether an impromptu family gathering, Christmas or other special occasion, was the consummate hostess. Most of all, she was a kind, gentle woman and devoted wife and mother, who will always be remembered for her love of family. Stella's family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to the staff of D'Youville Senior Care for their consistently compassionate care. She is survived by a daughter, Janice Burliss and her husband, George of Hollis, NH; and two sons, Andrew Theokas of Boston, and Lewis Theokas and his wife, Marcie of Peeples Valley, AZ; two granddaughters, Stephanie Silver and her husband, Danny of Astoria, NY, and Melanie Burliss of Somerville; and one great-grandson, Eli Silver; a brother, Christopher Georges of Tennessee; and two sisters, Bessie Samaras and Ann Hollis, both of Lowell. Also many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late William, John, George, Nicholas and Louis Georges. THEOKAS -- In Lowell, June 25, 2015. Tringale, Domenic  
Domenic Tringale of Chelmsford, MA CHELMSFORD, MA -- Domenic Tringale, 63, of Chelmsford, MA, died from a heart attack Saturday, June 20, 2015, in Gilford, NH. He was married to the late Gitte Tringale for 33 years, who died in 2012. Born in Everett, MA, he was the son of S. Richard and Anna Tringale of Stoneham, MA. He was raised in Lexington and graduated from Lexington High School with the class of 1969. Domenic retired in 2011 as a master electrician with the IBEW Local 103 where he worked for over 40 years. He was a member of the IBEW Local 103, the Chelmsford Elks #2310, the American Kennel Club, the Tyngsboro Sportsmen's Club, and the Nashua Fly Casting Association. Dom was an avid fly fisherman and excellent cook. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, traveling, and eating at various restaurants. Dom was a coach for the Chelmsford Little League Association for many years. Besides his parents, he is survived by two sons, Mikael and his wife, Audrey Tringale, and Daniel Tringale and his wife, Renee Bastarache, all of Nashua, NH; three brothers, Richard and his wife, Beverly Tringale of Lexington, Vincent and his wife, Aksana Tringale of CA, and Daniel and his wife, Joanne Tringale of Lexington; two grandsons, Thomas and James Tringale of Nashua, NH; two nephews, Daniel and Nicholas Tringale; a niece, Jennifer Tringale; beloved partner, Phyllis Gervais of Chelmsford; Gervais family, Greg Gervais and his girlfriend, Liz, Brian Gervais and his girlfriend, Kerry, Garret Gervais, and by his devoted dog, Skoll.
