Cleanthe Thomas of Lowell Mrs. Cleanthe (Voyiages) Thomas, 103, passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side. Wife to the late Nicholas Thomas. She was the godmother to Bessie and Ted Bazdanas. Relatives and friends will be received at the M.R. LAURIN FUNERAL HOME, 295 Pawtucket St., Lowell on Sunday, June 26th from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Her funeral will take place on Monday at 11:00 am at the Funeral Home to be followed by a service at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Lowell at 12 Noon. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Holy Trinity Church, 62 Lewis St., Lowell, MA 01854. Thomas, Cleanthe  
Cleanthe Thomas of Lowell; 103 LOWELL -- Mrs. Cleanthe (Voyiages) Thomas, 103, passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side. Cleanthe was born March 13, 1913 in Eptahori, Greece, a daughter of the late Haralambos and Angelike (Katsoukis) Voyiages. Wife to the late Nicholas Thomas. Cleanthe immigrated to the United States with her family in 1954, settling in the Acre section of Lowell. She was educated through the Lowell schools. And then went on to work in the shoe industry as a stitcher. Cleanthe was a member of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Lowell and the Ladies Philoptochos Society. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Newell whom she lived with, two sons, Michael Thomas and his wife, Marie, George Thomas and his wife, Demetra; her grandchildren, Kelly Bryan and her husband, Richard, Maria Gangi and her husband, Gary, Cathy Nakis and her husband, Mike, Elly Thomas, Lily Mimilidou and her husband, Simos; eight great-grandchildren, Richard, Kaitlyn, Sean, Nicole, Carl, Irene, George, Nikki; and many nieces and nephews. She was the godmother to Bessie and Ted Bazdanas. Cleanthe was pre-deceased by her brothers, Michael, Socrates, Nicholas, Thomas, Costa, and Theodore Voyiages. Tsoukleris, Stamata  
Stamata Tsoukleris Lifelong resident of Lowell; 93 LOWELL -- Ms. Stamata Tsoukleris, 93, passed away June 6th, at the Wingate Nursing Home in Sudbury, MA. A resident of Lowell all her life, Stamata was born on February 3, 1923 in Lowell, to Demosthenes and Mary (Karanza) Tsoukleris. A simple woman but one beyond her times, Stamata commuted on the train to her work as a secretary at Polaroid in Cambridge. She was quick witted and known for her catch phrases. Stamata is survived by her sisters, Nikoletta Efstathiou of Lowell and Stella Sirianos of Sudbury; also many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her sister, Penelope Rondeau. You will be missed, girl. She had a private funeral with her family on June 10th and was buried in Westlawn Cemetery. M.R. LAURIN FUNERAL HOME was in charge of her funeral arrangements.

Tuck, Natalie Ruth (Zanni)  
Natalie Ruth (Zanni) Tuck of Westford; 80 WESTFORD -- Natalie Ruth (Zanni) Tuck, of Westford, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2016, at Life Care Center of Nashoba Valley in Littleton, MA, surrounded by her family. She was 80 years of age. Born on February 6, 1936 in Winchester, Natalie was the loving daughter of the late George S. Zanni and the late Eleanor L. (McLeod) Zanni. Natalie was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. In Natalie's early years, she proudly worked in data entry for General Electric, as well as Raytheon, she then moved on in her career to do clerical work for the Wakefield Vocational High School from 1985-1993. Natalie always cherished friendship and made a point to keep close with a special group of girls from school spanning over 60 years. She was also an active member of the Reading Class of '54. Natalie loved to travel but her greatest passion was driving the back roads of New England. She was well known for her "8 hour short cuts" to a 2 hour destination. Natalie loved spending time with her grandchildren. She would always be up to go on a day trip or bring them to the family camp in Maine. Her sense of humor and infectious smile will be sorely missed. When Natalie had moved into Life Care of Nashoba her humor worked its charm once again and she had quite a positive impact on the staff. Natalie was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence M. Tuck. She was the devoted mother of Pamela J Andruskiewicz and her husband, Bruce, and Kathleen Gray and her husband, Robert Jr. The cherished grandmother of Robert Glenn Gray III, Kristi-Lynn Hagar and her husband, Carl, James E. Kelly Jr. and wife, Amanda, and great-grandson, Mayhew R Hagar. Loving sister of Robert A. Zanni and his wife, Rusti, and the late George S. Zanni Jr., and Donald M Zanni. Natalie is also survived by many loving Nieces and Nephews. TUCK -- A Funeral Service Celebrating Natalie's Eternal Life will be held on Saturday, June 25th at 11 am in the Chapel of the Doherty-Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St., Reading. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with the Family on Saturday, June 25th 9-11 am in the Funeral Home prior to the Service. Parking attendants and ramped entrance are available. Interment Forest Glen Cemetery in Reading. Zabbo, Joan M.  
Joan M. Zabbo of Lowell LOWELL -- Joan M. "Joanie" Zabbo, 62, of Lowell, passed away Wednesday, June 15. She was born on August 19, 1953, in Lowell, a daughter of the late Francis "Lou" Zabbo, and his wife, Theresa (Yates) Zabbo. She grew up in St. Margaret's Parish, in Lowell's Highlands neighborhood. She was educated in Lowell, graduated from Lowell High School, and later Northern Essex Community College with a degree in business. For many years she worked as an executive assistance in the finance industry in Boston before her retirement. She is survived by her brother, Dan and his wife, Nancy of Dracut, her niece and nephews, Danny and Gabriella Zabbo, both of Dracut, Frank and Greg Zabbo, both of Tyngsboro; and her sister in law, Evelyn Zabbo of Tyngsboro. She is also survived by her dear friend, Marilyn Murphy of Plymouth. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her two brothers, John Zabbo and Frank Zabbo.
