WATERBURY, CT. -- Brian Paul "Buzzy" Stockton, 69, of Waterbury, CT. passed away at his home after a prolonged illness.

Buzzy was born in Lowell, Massachusetts December 29th 1944, son of the late Chauncey and Dorothy (Ayer) Stockton. He was a veteran of the United State Marine Corps. He was a retired air traffic controller for the F.A.A. He was a resident of Waterbury CT. for 28 years, and a member of the V.F.W., Elks Club and Polish American Club in Naugatuck, CT. In his life he enjoyed being a pilot, driving his cars, riding motorcycles, and hunting. He was a member off the N.R.A. He especially loved spending time with his dogs.

He leaves two sons Brian C. Stockton of Waterbury and Frederick Stockton of New Hampshire; a daughter Tammy M. Stockton of Manchester, New Hampshire; his grandson Brian C. Stockton Jr. of Waterbury; and his sister Judith Walters of Maryland.

STOCKTON -- Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Donations in Buzzy's name may be made to the Waterbury Municipal Dog Pound, 200 Municipal Road, Waterbury, CT. 06708 or at animalcontrol@waterburyct.org
