DRACUT -- Richard D. Fells, Sr.,63, of Dracut, died Wednesday, October 3, 2012, at his residence.
Born in Lowell on July 21, 1949, he was a son of the late Peter and Rita E. (Finn) Fells.
Richard was a plasterer for more than 40 years, and he was a proud member of the Plasterers and Cement Masons Local #534. He loved sports, particularly boxing and fishing.
Survivors include his son, Richard D. Fells, Jr. and his wife, Melissa of Ashburnham, Tammy Hill and her husband, Thomas of Londonderry, NH, Laurie Gardner and her husband, David of Derry, NH; the mother of his children, Mary Kypriotes of Derry, NH; two brothers, Anthony Fells and his wife, Linda of Chelmsford, Andrew Lacourse of Pelham, NH; three sisters, Rita Lebel of AZ, Patricia Patenaude of FL, and Virginia Nolan of Lowell; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and union brothers.
FELLS -- Relatives and friends may call at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell from 4 until 7 PM on Tuesday. A Funeral Service will be offered in the Funeral Home at 7:00 PM. Interment will be private. For those who wish, donations in his memory may be made to the
