Rick,
There were many years before LaBonich that you began to touch those you met. At the Prince Grotto, you made life long friends, and I'm glad I was one of them. I loved meeting you at your house, because I loved your mother so much, and she too always made me laugh. It warms my heart that you are with her now. It's those you left behind that hurt. But, you my friend, are with the your parents and siblings, and are now free of the struggles of life here on earth. I know for sure that God welcomed you into heaven, and now you're truly Home.

To the Pierce Family, my sincere sympathy for your loss. Ricky was such a gentleman, always cared about people, always gave the most attention and care to all he did. He was one of the fortunate people to find his calling - the people business was perfect for Ricky. He made everyone feel special. Everyone who knew Ricky was blessed to have known him and have him in our lives. I will miss his smile and sparkling eyes. God needed him home and he is wrapped in God's gentle loving arms.

To the Family of Richard Pierce,
I am shocked to hear of Ricky's passing. I just ran in to him in early March 2013 at Stop & Shop. We talked about the old days and had a few laughs. He seemed in good spirits and perfectly fine. I will always remember his laugh. My sincere condolence to your entire family. Rest in Peace. The Ntapalis Family of Lowell.

Ricky, this is a blast from the past, really way past. You were my first boyfriend. I remember getting caught by my parents as we were hiding on the courtyard steps, trying to get to the rialto! May you rest in peace, my friend. Thinking of your family right now. Niece you around? Remember the night we girls all got together at I think Joans house in Dracut?

Rick made everyone feel welcome at La Boniche. There was always a familiarity about him that I couldn't place. After reading his obituary I realized that we were born in the same month and went to high school together. Dave Norton and I provided the music at La Boniche last night and dedicated our first song, Knockin' On Heaven's Door, and the whole night to Rick. He'll be sadly missed.

I have some great memories of the times that Rick and I spent together but that was many years ago and we lost touch. I will always remember Rick as a man with a great smile, a quick wit and a kind heart - always there for his family and friends to do whatever he could. He will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him. Rick, thanks for everything you did for me. Rest in peace my friend………
