Robert J. Sylvain
LOWELL -- Robert J. Sylvain, 70, a lifelong Lowell resident, died after a long illness Monday, January 14, 2013, at Willow Manor Nursing Home.
Born December 25, 1942, in Lowell, he was a son of the late Roger Sylvain, and the late Agnes (Partyka) Sylvain, and attended the local schools.
Mr. Sylvain served his country with the United States Army. He was employed as a mason by trade for many years working throughout the Greater Lowell area.
He is survived by a son, William Sylvain of Keene, NH; a sister, Annette Adie of Dracut; a niece, Caroline Adie-Bailey; and two nephews, Michael and Thomas Adie, Lianne's daughter, Kimberly Robinson of Dracut.
He was predeceased by his lifelong partner, the late Lianne Fay Lamothe and her daughter, Judyann Lamothe, his first wife, Cynthia (Eaton) Sylvain, and his brother-in-law, Thomas Adie.
