LOWELL -- Shirley A. (Coulam) Paquette, age 74, passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at her home in Lowell after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Paquette who passed away April 7, 2010.

She was born in Lowell on April 3, 1938, a daughter of the late Florence (Normandin) Savard and Henry Coulam, and stepdaugher of Francis Savard.

Shirley was a longtime resident of Lowell. Shirley enjoyed trips to Mohegan Sun, playing bingo, and also enjoyed family card games. Most of all, she enjoyed any time spent with her family.

Shirley is survived by her children, A. Joseph Paquette and Robin Paquette both of Lowell; Robert Paquette Jr. and his wife Christine of Dracut; Norman Paquette and his wife Kathy of Franklin, NH; Albert Paquette and Donna Isabelle of Dracut; Leo Paquette and his wife Carla; and Mary Caldwell and her husband Kris "Skip", all of Lowell; her twelve grandchildren, Nicolle and Michelle Paquette; Robert Paquette III and his wife Renee; Amanda Paquette, Norman Paquette Jr., Audrey Paquette, Albert Paquette, Jr., Eric and Melanie Isabelle, Ian Mills Paquette; and Holly Trigones and her husband Gary; and Autumn Caldwell; as well as her great-granddaughter, Emmalee Trigones; she is also survived by a sister, Dolores Kozaiziewicz and her husband Steve Kozaiziewicz, of Georgia; and many nieces and nephews.

PAQUETTE -- Relatives and friends may call at the M. R. LAURIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 295 Pawtucket St., Lowell on Tuesday, December 4th from 5 until 8pm. A prayer service will immediately follow at the Funeral Home at 8pm. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Home Health VNA, 360 Merrimack Street, Lawrence, MA 01843.
