CHELMSFORD -- Shirley (Fielding) Dupee, formerly of Chelmsford, Brooksville, FL, and E. Harwich, MA, daughter of the late Ellen and Albert Fielding, died with her daughters by her side at Langdon Place, Nashua on May 24, 2014.

She was the widow of Forrest E. Dupee who died In December, 2007. She was predeceased by her sister, Alice Fielding, and her brother Howard Fielding.

Shirley was born in Lowell, MA on May 17, 1923. She was a graduate of Lowell High and Chandler Business School. A homemaker for many years, she returned to the business world with employment at Courier Citizen, Lowell and Union National Bank.

While residing in Chelmsford, she was a devoted lifetime member of All Saints Episcopal Church. Shirley and Forrest spent their retirement wintering in FL and summering on Cape Cod. Shirley was known for her quick wit, her green thumb, and her easy smile.

She is survived by three daughters, Cindy Gale and her companion, Ken Hall, Cheryl and her husband, Dick Reimer, and Elyn Seaman; grandchildren, Karen (Grindle) Turnbow, Amy (Grindle) Muise, Mark Popolizio, Beth (Popolizio) O'Keefe, and Alexandra, Brooke and Catherine Seaman; and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a nephew, David Fielding and a niece, Nancy (Fielding) Mello.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Langdon Place of Nashua who provided exceptional care and compassion this last year of Shirley's life.

DUPEE -- A memorial service will be held at All Saints Episcopal Chapel, 10 Billerica Rd. CHELMSFORD on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 1:00. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory can be made to All Saints Episcopal Church, Chelmsford. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Blake Funeral Home, CHELMSFORD.
