LOWELL -- Mrs. Antoinette "Toni" (Cloutier) Desrosiers, age 82, a lifelong resident of Lowell, passed away on December 25, 2012, at Lowell General Hospital following a period of declining health. She was the widow of Arthur F. Desrosiers, who died in 2002.

She was born in Lowell on June 8th, 1930, daughter of the late Alfred & Georgianna (Champoux) Cloutier.

Prior to her retirement, Toni worked for many years as a clerk in various department stores in the area. She also worked for Community Teamwork (CTI) in the After School Program.

She was a communicant of the former St. Jean Baptiste and Sacred Heart Churches. She enjoyed bingo, and her favorite holiday was Christmas Day, the day she passed away.

Toni was a member of the Home Away From Home Adult Day Center, and also the Women's Auxiliary for American Legion Post #247, Tyngsboro.

She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Arthur & Kathy Desrosiers of Virginia Beach, VA, Robert & Sandra Desrosiers of Lowell; two daughters and sons-in-law, Claire & Edward Dennis, with whom she resided in Lowell, Lucille & Andre Frechette of Port Charlotte, FL; 10 grandchildren, Jeanne, Jay, Tami, Jennifer, Daniel, Kristen, Kevin, Michael, Amy & Bob, Jr.; 13 great--grandchildren, Olivia, Marissa, Emily, Ethan, Tyler, Maddie, Aidan, Brady, Kacie, Kylie, Cameron, Anthony and Nathan; a special former son-in-law, Bruce Jefferson of Lowell; she is also survived by Edward's and Andre's children and grandchildren; also numerous nieces & nephews.

She was sister of the late Cecille Pintal, Lillian Johnson, Theresa Cambray, Pauline Grenke, Raymond and Arthur Cloutier and Alfred "Freddie" Cloutier.

DESROSIERS -- Toni; 82, of Lowell; Relatives & friends may call at the M.R. LAURIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 295 Pawtucket St., Lowell on Friday Dec. 28 from 4 until 8 PM. Funeral Saturday morning with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Parish, Chamberlain & Grafton Streets in South Lowell.
