LOWELL -- Francis G. Harding, 77, a resident of the Centralville section of Lowell, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012 at a local health care facility. He was the loving husband of Anna L. (Usher) Harding.
Born in Lowell on March 3, 1935, he was a son of the late John W. and Mary Jane (Welch) Harding.
He was employed by the Courier Citizen Corp. for 40 years and following, the City of Lowell for 5 years.
He was a communicant of St. Michael Church and a member of the East End Club and the Dom Polski Club.
In addition to his wife, he leaves three daughters, Deborah Harding, Cynthia Stamp and her husband, Neil and Kimberly Harding; two sons, Lawrence Harding and Glenn Harding; a daughter-in-law, Janice Harding; a brother, Thomas Harding and his wife, Estelle; a sister, Christina Frawley;
12 grandchildren, Michael Harding and his wife, Barbara, Derek Stone and his companion, Lisa McDonough, Angeline Stamp and her companion, Brian Desrosiers, Erin Harding, Neil Stamp, Jr., Joseph Harding, Brendan Morris and his companion, Katlyn Hand, Christian, Emily, Ariana, Chase and Faith Harding; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was also the step father of several children among who are Bonnie Usher and her partner, Wendy Dickey, and Charleen Bennett. He also leaves the brother of his children, Eric Joy.
He was a brother of the late William, George, John, and James Harding, Winifred Greene, Mary Urbowicz and Agnes Flynn.
HARDING -- Relatives and friends may call at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM on Friday.
