of Dracut, MA; 79

DRACUT, MA -- George D'Arezzo, 79, of Dracut died peacefully at his home on Saturday, February 16th, with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Evelyn (Sousa) D'Arezzo, with whom he shared 58 years of marriage.

Born November 22, 1933, he was the son of the late Amerigo D'Arezzo and the late Gertrude (Williams) D'Arezzo.

George worked in the painter union for many years, and was also employed as a carpenter for Frontier Development, George was an avid fisherman and hunter and also enjoyed gardening and cooking, but especially enjoyed spending time with his family in Vermont.

In addition to his wife, George is survived and will be deeply missed by his four children, Stephen D'Arezzo, Patricia Langlois and her husband Jack, Jack D'Arezzo, Thomas D'Arezzo and his wife Victoria all of Dracut; 7 grandchildren, Christopher, Jessica, Sarah and her longtime boyfriend Erik Wagner. Matthew, Stephanie, and Amanda D'Arezzo and Joseph Langlois; and 7 great-grandchildren, Ryan, Tyler, Mackenzie, Haylee, Riley, Anneaballa and Javian. He also survived by his brother, Robert D'Arezzo and his wife Tomasa of NM and his sister Doris Scuito of North Andover.

He was predeceased by his siblings, Eugene D'Arezzo and Joan Brooks.
