HUDSON, NH -- Henry Edgar Gagne, 70, of Hudson, NH, died quietly on Tuesday morning, February 12, 2013, at Greenbriar Terrace in Nashua.
He was born in Lowell, MA on September 28, 1942, a son of the late Rose (Sirois) and Raymond Gagne. Mr. Gagne was a graduate of Lowell Trade High School.
He was the husband of Dora M. (Gotham) Gagne whom he married on February 11, 1961 in Lowell, MA.
At one time, Mr. Gagne was a house painter for Stabile and Sons Company in Nashua.
Mr. Gagne was a "a true man of God" who wrote two books, one entitled "Revealing Eschatology" and currently was working on a third book and ministered through his computer. At one time, he was a member of the Chelmsford Church of Christ.
He was predeceased by three brothers, Paul R., Raymond, and Robert Gagne, a sister-in-law, Sandra Berry, and brother-in-law, Edward Gotham.
In addition to his wife, Dora of 52 years of Hudson, survivors include four sons, Henry J. Gagne of Miami, FL, Paul E. Gagne of Tewksbury, MA, Richard J. Gagne of Gardner, MA, and Edward C. Gagne of Nashua; two brothers, Roger Gagne and Donald Gagne, both of Milford; numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins; five sisters-in-law, Priscilla Gagne of Nashua, Electra Gagne of Milford, Melena Tallard and her husband, Robert of Maine, Phyllis Jedrey and her husband, Peter of NH, and Roseanne Padgett and her husband, Thomas of Peroia, AZ; and four brothers-in-law, John Gotham and his wife, Susan of Maine, and Harry Gotham and his wife, Laura of Maine, James Gotham and his wife, Young Ai of Pepperell, MA, and James W. Berry II of Straton, NE.
GAGNE -- of Hudson, NH, Henry Edgar Gagne, 70, died quietly on Tuesday morning, February 12, 2013 at Greenbriar Terrace in Nashua, NH. A Period of Visitation will be held at Davis Funeral Home, One Lock Street, Nashua on Thursday, February 21, 2013 from 10 - 11 A.M. with a Service to follow in the funeral home at 11 A.M. Friends are invited to attend. Interment prayers and burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Nashua.
