For his over 35 year career, Henry worked as a butcher for First National Stores in Centralville and Wood Street where he relished providing delectable cuts of meat to his admiring regular customers. "Uncle Nicky" was famous for preparing his delicious meats for family and friends. His unique specialty were Easter roasts enjoyed especially by Doc John, Uncle Teddie and Auntie Zennie. Dad always loved preparing his incredible Polish holiday feasts for friends and family.
