PEPPERELL -- Jean Elizabeth (Mahoney) Watt, 80, of Pepperell, died unexpectedly February 7, 2011, at her home.

Ms. Watt was born in Andover, September 9, 1930, daughter of the late James and Elizabeth (Dempsie) Mahoney.

She is survived by her children, Charles E. Watt III and his wife, Deirdre, Sara (Watt) Higgins, and William Watt and his wife, Kim; and her former husband, Charles E. Watt Jr. She also leaves eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was a graduate of Bridgewater State College with a Masters Degree in education.

She taught in Westford and Chelmsford public schools. Her interests included horses, 4-H, most animals, and was an active volunteer with Kitty Angels feline rescue.
