Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Friend
BILLERICA -- John C. McCarron, age 79, beloved husband of Anastacia (Zapata) McCarron died Sunday at the Meadow View Center in North Reading after a battle with brain cancer.
He was born in Far Rockaway, NY, October 30, 1937 a son of the late Edward and Mary (Carney) McCarron and Lived in Long Island, NY before moving to Billerica 44 years ago.
Mr. McCarron served in the US Army and prior to his retirement worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Teledyne Technologies for many years.
Besides his wife he is survived by one son, Shawn McCarron and his wife Laurie of Chelmsford; two daughters, Maria Harbeck and her husband Craig of Crofton, MD and Cynthia Hasbrouck and her husband Mark of Townsend; one brother Eugene McCarron of FL as well as seven grandchildren.
MCCARRON -- Of Billerica, formerly of Long Island, NY, June 18, John C. McCarron. A Memorial Visitation will be held Thursday at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 5 - 7 p.m. All other services will be held privately and at the convenience of his family.
