GROTON -- Kevin J. MacMillan, a resident of Groton, died Monday, July 15th, 2013, at Emerson Hospital in Concord. He was the husband of Nanette (Panetta) MacMillan.
He was born in Brookline, January 12, 1950, son of Muriel E. Ceurvels and John F. MacMillan. He lived in South Boston and then moved to Groton. He graduated from Lawrence Academy in Groton, and attended college at U-Mass and Middlesex Community College.
He was a master electrician and became a senior electrical engineer who specialized in designing and building controls.
He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Manny and Nicole MacMillan of Barrington, NH; a daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Len Mead III of Maynard, MA; five grandchildren, Griffin and Roddy MacMillan, and Piper, Cleo and Max Mead; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Deb MacMillan of Gardner, Lisa MacMillan of Orange, Andrea and Rick Archibald of Athol; and a brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Dora MacMillan of Warrensburg, MO; three sisters-in-law and four
brothers-in-law, Raymond Panetta of Henniker, NH, Barbara and Jim Vinal of Tuscon, AZ, Terry and Ken Lane of Leominster, Chris and Jeff Brown of Winchester, NH; and his mother-in-law, Thelma Panetta of Acton; several nieces and nephews and their children.
MacMILLAN -- July 15, Kevin J. MacMillan, 63.
