Leslie M. Turcotte of Hopkinton

Leslie M. (Osborn) Turcotte, 88, of Hopkinton, formerly of Framingham, died on Monday, October 14, 2013. Born in Lowell, daughter of the late John and Karlene (Bailey) Osborn, she was the wife of the late Robert L. Turcotte, who died in 1994. She was a graduate of Vesper George School of Art in Boston, and was employed as a administrative assistant with the Framingham School Department, and retired as an administrative assistant from the Assabet Valley Regional Vocational School in Marlborough. Previously she was a illustrator for the Lowell Sun. She is survived by one son, R. Linc Turcotte of Broad Brook, CT; one daughter, Pamela A. Banks and her husband, Donald of Port St. Lucie, FL; one sister, Janice Bodenhorst and her husband, Piet of North Carolina; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was sister of the late Jean Osborn, and mother-in-law of the late Ursula Turcotte. Funeral services will take place Monday, October 21, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Eugene J. McCarthy and Sons Funeral Home, 11 Lincoln St., Framingham. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Calling hours at the funeral home will be prior to the service form 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Committal services and burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Lowell. In lieu of flowers, donations in Leslie's memory may be made to the , 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
