Marian R. Dunne
formerly of Dracut, St. Mary member; 69
NASHUA, NH Marian R. (Palamara) Dunne, 69, a resident of Nashua, NH, formerly of Dracut for 25 years, and of Amsterdam, NY for many years, died Thursday, August 20th, after an extended stay at St. Joseph
Hospital in Nashua.
She was the beloved wife of Thomas R. Dunne Jr., with whom she celebrated her 50th wedding anniversary with on June 21st.
She was born in Amsterdam, NY, on June 3, 1940, and was the daughter of the late Martin and Bernice (Dybas) Palamara. She received her education in Amsterdam schools and was a graduate of Wilbur H. Lynch High School, class of 1958.
Mrs. Dunne spent her life tending to the needs of her home and family. She cherished time in the company of her family and friends. She was a communicant of St. Mary Magdalen Church in Dracut.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Thomas M. Dunne and his wife, Sherry of Derry, NH; two daughters, Lisa Mountzuris of Leominster, and Leanne St. Pierre of Litchfield, NH; six grandchildren, Andrew and Christopher Mountzuris, Desiree and
Zachariah St. Pierre, and Justin and Savannah Dunne; and many dear friends.
DUNNE Friends may call at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., DRACUT, on Monday from 8:30 until 10:30 a.m., followed by her Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalen Church in Dracut. A chapel service, followed by Interment in St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Amsterdam, NY on Tuesday at 12 Noon. For online condolences or directions visit dracutfuneralhome.com.
