Loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister; 81

BILLERICA -- Marion R. (Todd) Palmieri, age 81, a lifelong Billerica resident, died Wednesday, June 13, 2013, at her home surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with Dementia.

She was the beloved wife of Agostino A. Palmieri to whom she was married for 63 years this August.

Born in Billerica, April 9, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Forrest and Etta (Brown) Todd. She was raised and lived in Billerica all her life and graduated from the Howe High School.

Marion retired from Cambridge Tool and Die Manufacturing in North Billerica as a Personnel Director after 25 years of dedicated service.

Mrs. Palmieri enjoyed her summers with her family on Little Squam Lake, Holderness, NH. She was also an avid shopper, loved to travel, and decorate her homes.

Besides her husband, Marion leaves behind three beautiful children, her daughter, Anna Salowsky and her husband, Thomas, of Chelmsford, her son, Michael and his wife, Linda Lee (Tetreault), of Billerica, and her daughter, Lisa Palmieri and her fiancé, John Christopher, of Boston. She was also the loving grandmother to Thomas and Steven Salowsky.

She is also survived by her sister, Nancy Todd Morrell of Chelmsford; along with many nieces and nephews.

Marion is also the sister of the late Ethel Nicholls, Dorothy Donnellan, Rhoda Wells, and Charles R. Todd.
